Copyright & DMCA Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026 · Last updated: 2026

Andromeda (the “Service”) respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Policy describes how to report alleged copyright infringement, how counter-notifications work, and our policy regarding repeat infringers, consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “DMCA”, 17 U.S.C. § 512) and other applicable laws.

1. Our Commitment

We respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright infringement. In appropriate circumstances, we will remove or disable access to material claimed to be infringing, notify the affected user, and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

2. Reporting Alleged Infringement (Notice)

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, you may submit a written notice of claimed infringement. To be effective, your notice must include substantially the following:

  • a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to locate it (such as the URL or post link);
  • your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Designated Copyright Agent

Andromeda has designated an agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement under the DMCA. Notices and counter-notifications may be sent to:

Copyright AgentPersephone Reborn LLC (operator of Andromeda)221 Main St, Ste NNashua, NH 03060Email: dmca@andromedasphere.com

Please use these contact details for copyright matters only; unrelated inquiries may not receive a response.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes substantially the following:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal;
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the complaining party.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA unless the original complainant files an action seeking a court order.

If audio of yours in Lyra was removed after a copyright complaint, you can file a counter-notice directly from your Copyright takedowns page; a moderator reviews it and, if accepted, restores the track.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Service for anyone who infringes the intellectual-property rights of others, whether or not there is repeat infringement.

6. Misrepresentations

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake, may be liable for damages. Do not make false claims.

7. Trademark and Other Rights

This Policy addresses copyright. For concerns involving trademarks, please see our Trademark Policy. For other content concerns, use the in-product reporting tools or our Community Guidelines.
